LET’S TRANSFER YOUR EXISTING WEBSITE – THE PROCESS
- We do an analysis of your existing website to ensure we support what you have
- We require the admin logon details of your existing hosting account and your admin logon details of your CMS (Content Management System) i.e. WordPress, Joomla etc.
- We transfer all your files and email accounts to our environment
- We initiate the domain name (yourcompany.co.za) transfer on your behalf
- You need to accept the transfer notice before the transfer will proceed
- We will then manually test everything on your website to ensure there are no issues (please note there may be some temporary downtime while we iron out issues)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We do not charge for the transfer of your website to our hosting platform provided our setup supports your current website (and we can confirm we do support 99.99% of websites). You just need to pay your monthly hosting & support fees. If this is a WordPress website, it costs R200 per month for hosting, support & monitoring included.
PROJECT DURATION
On average it takes around 1 week to complete a transfer from start to finish but it’s dependent on how much data is hosted on your current website, how many email accounts we have to setup etc. Please Contact Us if you have specific timelines in mind and need to schedule our time upfront.
